TinyOne has a full remote control for: · cooling, · heating, · indoor lighting, · outdoor lighting, · locking, · cameras, · etc. Heat up the house or sauna just before you leave or open the door for the guest without leaving home and check if the bed is made on your phone screen. TinyOne can be purchased completely autonomously and placed absolutely anywhere. TinyOne is independent from water, sewerage or electricity. Energy comes from solar panels of the house, where inside also are hidden special water and sewage tanks.
Maintenance-free
The goal of the TinyOne was to develop a "maintenance-free" mindset. All the building materials have been chosen to avoid the need for your care and time and meanwhile keep the house beautiful and timeless. For this purpose, we use a metal frame, aluminum, high-quality extra-strong 3-fold glass as well as facade created from heat-resistant wood or timeless zinc sheet that could be processed by the choice of customers. The interior elements are also chosen for long-lasting usage. It could be durable oak parquet on the floor or specially treated birch plywood on the wall and ceiling.

The architect of the house is a young Estonian architect, who received a request from the client to create a modern, but at the same time timeless micro-building, which would be tasteful even for the most demanding design giant. We ourselves think that we did very well and have created something special. Something very tasty. Something that fits anywhere. In the forest or urban space, near the sea or in the backyard of any existing building.
Comfortable
Comfort was a priority for us. Imagine you come to the opera with your dear companion and you don't want to go home yet considering the evening not over. You remember that you have a house, TinyOne 1.0. You turn on the phone, turn on the dim outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, play the music list and room temperature 23C. After 45 minutes, the warm TinyOne 1.0 welcomes you with a warm room, cozy light and a comfortable continental bed, surrounded by wild landscape, forest, sea or city jungle. It does not make a difference. You are protected with comfort. Refresh Yourself with the rain shower in a bright bathroom. You may enjoy a freshly brewed coffee with the warm omelet, made while You are still in the bed. Leaving this home You want to come back as soon as possible. No building permit is required
As a rule, a micro-house construction permit is not required. But write to us where you want to install the house and we will answer you within 24 hours, which is your prerequisites for installing TinyOne 1.0. Our professionals will also help and advise you in running and processing documents.
